Responsive personal, perfect views, picturesque location just next door to the lake, Ajijic and a the mountains in which there are trails to hike to the top. The bed was extremely comfy, the room - well-equipped and immaculate. A jacuzzi was luxurious and everything was good. Relaxed by the pool, it was brilliant, especially when the weather was wonderful.

The staff were very responsive ; it was great value. Clean hotel in a strategic location, fine bed. They made my stay decent! Delightful breakfast, they offered cereals and eggs. An amazing beach, pleasant view.

Modern style, fairly clean, unbeatable location. There were coffee and complimentary Wi-Fi in the room, loved that. The personnel was always exceptionally helpful. Marvellous views and well-maintained garden.
